What are your despatch times?

UK Orders - Orders placed before 12 Noon (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. How do I use the ATUNBI: Intensive Detox 1-day Colon Cleanse?

Fast 12 hours before starting the cleanse. Always take in the morning as early as possible. Drink lots of water with the capsules and after every bowel movement. If taken more than 1 capsule take each one an hour apart. Be sure you stay home and the toilet is free to use. Instructional guidelines is sent with all Atunbi colon cleanse orders.

What are the best practices to follow after taking the ATUNBI?

We highly recommend taking a good quality probiotics after the cleanse for a month. Eat a vegan diet for 10 days after the cleanse. Eat lots of fresh fruit, and vegetables, organic if possible Keep hydrated and drinks lots water. Take time to relax. We recommend the cleanse every 2-3 months or a bundle pack.
