Ingredients:
- Medium to large sized potatoes, 6-10
- Teaspoon smoked Paprika
- Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Coconut oil
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut potatoes into wedges (4 to 8 wedges depending on size).
- Place Potatoes in a bowl, add coconut oil (about 1 tablespoon per 6 potatoes.)
- Add the sea salt, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Place the wedges on the baking tray leaving a little space in between each)
- Bake for 30 -40 minutes. Check at the 30-minute mark, they should be soft if not leave them in for 5-10 minutes more.
Cayenne pepper can be replaced with ground black pepper, coconut oil can be replaced with olive oil. For faster cooking: Potatoes can be part boiled before adding seasoning and putting in the oven.
