Ingredients:
- 3 cups peeled and cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon agave or pure maple syrup to sweeten, adjust amount as necessary. (optional)
- Spring of mint (optional)
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and purée until smooth.
- If you can’t get your juice perfectly smooth just by blending, pour it through a fine mesh sieve into a container.
