Ingredients:
- 2-3 pomegranates (use the inside only, not the skin)
- 3 blood oranges (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 2 hard apples
- Pinch or 2 of fresh thyme
Method:
- Wash and peel fruits
- Juice the blood oranges and the apples. (Cold press Juicer is the best to use, it preserves the nutrients in the juice rather than a high-speed blade juicer.)
- In a blender pour the juice from the oranges and apples.
- Add the inside of the pomegranates.
- Add the thyme.
- Following the instructions for blender, blend for 30 seconds or until all ingredients are smooth.
- Drink immediately, or store in a glass bottle in the fridge, drink within a few hours.
