Ingredients:
- 1-2 cup strawberries
- 1 -2 cup plant-based milk (oat, coconut, almond etc)
- 2 tablespoon vanilla flavour protein powder
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method:
- Wash fruit first and put all the ingredients following the instructions for your blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute. longer if need be until smooth consistency is achieved.
