Ingredients:
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1/2 large cucumber, cut into quarters
- 1 medium green apple, cut into pieces
- 1 medium pear, cut into pieces
Method:
- Wash first and Juice all the ingredients following the instructions for normal juicing in your juicer manual. Drink immediately, or store in a glass bottle in the fridge, drink within a few hours.
- Tip: put a piece of hard fruit or vegetable after using a soft piece in the juicer. this will make the juice come out better.
A cold press Juicer is the best to use, it preserves the nutrients in the juice rather than a high-speed blade juicer.
