Ingredients:
- 3-4 oranges medium (remove peel to avoid bitterness)
- 1/4 lemon (remove peel to avoid bitterness)
- 5-6 carrots (no need to peel)
- 1–2-inch fresh ginger
- 1 peg of fresh turmeric
- 1-2 medium hot chilli peppers (optional)
Method:
- Wash first and Juice all the ingredients following the instructions for normal juicing in your juicer manual. Drink immediately, or store in a glass bottle in the fridge, drink within a few hours.
- Tip: put a piece of hard fruit or vegetable after using a soft piece in the juicer. this will make the juice come out better.
